So... Loki.
...
Heh.
I went through a heck of a mythology phase when I was younger. (It started in 4th grade, I think, when my brother bought the game "Age of Mythology.") Anyway, Greek was always my favorite, but I adored Norse for how humorous it was. I actually have a pet rabbit named Loki.
Now, I'm going to let you all in on a little secret... I can be a real snooty git. So when the movie Thor came out, I scoffed. "I know real mythology. I'm going to go watch Citizen Kane and eat cucumber sandwiches instead, 'cause I'm classy." (Perhaps I exaggerate, but you get the point. XD) But then, a couple weeks ago, a friend of mine sat me down and told me that I was not only going to watch Thor, but gosh dangit, I was going to LIKE IT.
....And now I'm drawing pictures of Tom Hiddleston as Loki.
Hey, I'm only 13 months late!
So, I have nothing to say about this character that hasn't been said a thousand times before. He's fascinating, ridiculously well acted, and I look forward to seeing what writers do with him in the future.
Well, that's about it... now pardon me so I can go reread Ulysses and watch a BBC documentary on a poet that even I haven't heard of... because I'm classy. XD
P.S. - I think that Tom Hiddleston's face was designed specifically for me to NOT be able to draw it, no matter how hard I try. >_<

I can't even IMAGINE trying to draw Tom Hiddlestone's face, but I think you did a great job! What exactly is he holding in this picture? Is it a reference to actual mythology or is it something from the movie I just forgot about? Either way, the blood looks really neat! I think it's because this picture is like... semi-black-and-white, I guess? So the contrast is awesome!
I always liked Greek/Roman mythology too, but I got into Norse when I started watching Stargate many years ago. But I was originally not interested in the movie either because I just assumed they'd screw up the mythology... to be honest... I didn't even know Thor was a Marvel Hero until recently. But I know what you mean about there being nothing else to say. I really loved the movie... and I think this picture captures him really well.
Oh yeah, and I have a husky named Loki. He was named before movie-Loki/Avengers happened... after the mythological figure, not the character. But now everyone thinks he was named after the Hiddleston character. Do you have the same thing happen with your bunny, or do most people know better?
